Celebrating the welcome whispers of spring, the Ostara Edition Gin pays tribute to the Pagan holiday by adorning an abundance of violets in each sip – perfectly paired with lemonade or light tonic and a tangy wedge of lemon.
Inspired by Ostara, the maiden goddess awakening in the celebration of the arrival of spring and an expansive new energy. Our new Ostara gin takes inspiration from the spring flower violet for a more floral gin, bottled in our iconic apothecary style bottles which are hand-corked and wax sealed.

Tasting Notes
A Juniper forward, dry gin naturally flvoured, with no added sugar or sweetner. Noted for its; smooth viscoscity.
Earthy and natural floral notes. There is an abundance of violets in each sip, delicate florals make a delightful treat for any gin enthusiast.
Serve with plenty of ice mixed with a premium tonic, lemonade or a lemon tonic. We prefer to pair with lemonade and a refreshing, tangy wedge of lemon.
Flavour
For this gin we macerate lemons for 48 hours prior to distilliation to give it signature citrus notes.
Infused before distillation with violet petals and then added to vapour during distillation for a sweet floral aroma.

Double filtered premium gin bottled at 40%, each corked, hand bottled, labled and waxed sealed.
Small-batch, hand-crafted, blended with pure Welsh water which is charged by the moon and only using natural ingredients.
